You have 2 main options for attending Bath Kettlebell Training Programme…
Early Morning Bath Kettlebell Training Programme
Monday: 6:30am, Wednesday: 6:30am, Friday: 6:30am
Evening Bath Kettlebell Training Programme
Tuesday: 6:30pm, Thursday: 6:30pm
Saturday Bath Kettlebell Training Programme
Saturday 8-9am
HIIT
Monday 6:30-7pm
Tuesday 7-7:30am
Sessions last between 50-60 minutes depending on the workout planned.
You may attend any of the scheduled AM or PM sessions if you cannot make all your chosen training (Early morning or Evening) sessions for any given week. This way you will always be able to get 3 Bath Kettlebell Training coached sessions per week.
