Introducing our 9:30–10:30am Online Sessions!
Starting next month, you can now join us every Tuesday and Thursday morning, 9:30–10:30am, from the comfort of your own home. No commute, no rushing, no excuses — just an energising, full-body kettlebell session that’ll boost your strength, fitness, and confidence for the rest of the day.
